2. Q: Could you send me product sample before I place an order?

A: *Sure! We can provide A4 sample, You just need to pay shipping cost.

3. Q: Do you have color cards?
A: For some type, we have color cards. Usually we custom the color according to customer's physical color sample or Pantone color number, and we will make lab-dip ( 5*5cm color sample) for you.
 

4. Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Usually MOQ is 500KG/type, If lower than the MOQ, we need to charge the extra cost of adjusting the machine.

5. Q: What certificates do you have?
